  This is the hole in the wall you have been looking for. Strap on the feed bag and hold on. They have brought there A game to home cookin'. Not pretty, zero atmosphere, but wonderful.
  
  Urgent update! Extremely racist and vocal patron was there on our last visit. Hopefully not a reflection of the owners. Just something to be aware of...

  Total country experience. Real home made food and it's great. Nothing fancy about this place and that's why I like it. 90% of the people are locals and probably are farmers or ranchers, laid back environment.
  Big portions and very fairly priced.

  I've been here twice, and the food was amazing each time. I recommend the Mennonite Plate to get a little taste of several things. Unfortunately, on our second visit the service was very poor. Admittedly, it was a busy night; all the tables were full. We were a party of 4, and we're seated in the back corner of the restaurant. Aside from taking our orders and bringing us our food, our server did not check on us. In the 2 hours we were there, we were not offered a single refill on our drinks (water & pop). Our 2 pizzas took about an hour to arrive, and my Menno Plate took an additional 30 minutes. Our server apologized to me for the wait, and said my meal would be free. Afterwards we wanted to order pie (and we were desperate for refills) but there was no trace of our server. Another server was helping tables around us, but we were completely ignored by her as well. After another 20 minutes or so, we had to get up and hunt down our server, ask to pay, and request pie for takeout. Instead of dividing our bill on the till, the server told us the total and waited for us to do the math to figure out how much each of us would pay. Once we paid, we asked for a copy of the bill (which we should have asked to see first) and we exited the restaurant. When we reviewed the bill, we noticed that we had been charged for my meal which the server told us would be free. Unfortunately, we were already so frustrated by our experience that we didn't bother to go back.
  
  I'm not sure what was going on behind the scenes, if the server was new, or was just having a bad day, but it was not an enjoyable experience as a customer. All that aside, the food is phenomenal and I would recommend giving it a go.
